1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer an easy return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage
- In resalable condition
Returns may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and swimwear
- Customized or altered clothing
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional items
These are typically excluded due to hygiene or customization reasons.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues
- Only one exchange per order/item is permitted
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, customers can opt for a refund or store credit
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [your email] or request via your account
- Share:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Pickup will be scheduled or self-shipping instructions will be provided
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality check (QC) of returned items
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Store credit (optional or for COD orders)
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
7. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup (if applicable) OR
- A nominal return fee may be deducted (₹50–₹150 depending on location)
(Some Indian brands deduct reverse shipping charges from refunds)
8. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
- Eligible for free replacement or full refund
